Really happy with the work carried out. The team was friendly, professional, and easy to deal with from the start. Everything was explained clearly and the job was done to a high standard. The finish looks great and the place was left clean and tidy afterwards. Great personable service, very knowledgeable about products and was able to provide plenty of samples to aid decision making. Not put under any pressure which was appreciated . Once ordered, fitting went smoothly and we are now enjoying our new carpet as a family. We had all our carpets removed and replaced with new flooring, including a full staircase renovation — and the results are amazing! The tradesperson arrived right on time and completed the job quickly yet efficiently so that it was a professional and satisfactory finish.
