He is very knowledgeable. He first measured and examined and found where’s the problem exact location even that it was hidden under the plaster. He repaired that and the initial examination was also his condition report so he didn’t charge extra for that. Very reasonable price and guys are clean and polite. Excellent job and can recommend them to anyone.
