Master Designs were so professional from start to finish, Jess is an amazing project manager and really knows her stuff. Kept us up to date with daily check ins and gave us some design info. Would not hesitate to use again. So happy with the end result!

I contacted this company on the recommendation of a local neighbour. We needed safety vinyl flooring that's not readily available from most domestic flooring companies. Their customer service is second to non. Courteous, very efficient and fitted the job into our very restricted closing times. The fitter arrived on time, did a first class job and left the site in a clean and tidy state ready for us to open the branch again.

Made the pantry cupboard in a way it matched the existing set. Built the wardrobe exactly to our requirements. Would recommend.

I could not fault Jess and the rest of the team. We were kept up to date on all aspects of the job and now have two beautiful bathrooms that have been updated to a high specification. Due to special circumstances they worked with me to ensure that the least disruption was caused to my father who suffers with Dementia. The customer service we received from them was first class and was the same high standard from every trade that walked through our door. The house was left clean and tidy every night with a handover and next day plan passed on daily. I would highly recommend this company!
