Harrison and his team did an excellent job on both our cottage and main house roofs. They were very professional and nothing was too much trouble. We had good communication and at the end of each day they left the site tidy. They were also very reliable and gave good advice.

Had all main guttering replaced with deep-flow guttering and replaced old cast-iron downpipes. Also, replaced old concrete tiles on an outhouse with slate. The work started on dare promised and finished in a few days, Guys were very professional, neat and polite. The explained what they were doing and asked us to check their work when they finished. A few days later we had a torrential downpour but went outside and all guttering was working fine. Very pleased with work.

Mastercraft were paid £22k to repair our roof and leadwork with a further £26k due on completion. They said it would take 2 weeks, 6 months later we are still not watertight. We have had mediation as they quoted for lead soakers and provided aluminium this has failed as they will not provide what was quoted for. Independent surveys have found the work to be sub standard and incomplete. Would avoid and if you have had work done by them please check it. Subsequent roofers have said we were severly overcharged as well.

They were absolutely excellent, arrived on time, did a professional expert job, and would highly recommend them.

Very happy with the work done repairing a persistent leaky flat roof and replacing and fixing various roof and wall tiles around the rest of the house.

The work went well and kept informed of any changes as they occurred. Very good customer service.
