Contacted Ashley at 8 am, he arrived spot on the time we agreed, opened a locked door with a broken/stuck lock without causing any damage, fixed and adjusted the lock and was on his way within an hour; very courteous and a very impressive service.

Having phoned around several locksmiths Ashley was the only one that reviewed the photos of the door first and confirmed precisely the options available and more importantly an accurate pricing estimate. This gave me comfort in knowing the costs in advance. Work was carried out promptly and tidily, front door lock no longer sticks and works much smoother now than ever before. Highly recommend this company.
