The supplier started with OK attitude and service, ended up blacklisting me after I found out she / they omitted / overlooked / forgot to complete some small tasks. Because they promised to come back to sort things out, they did once, but when more mistakes / omissions were found out, she blacklisted me on the phone and started to use lame excuse to defend. I got the supplier WD-40 chemical for them to remove sticky residue, they refused to use and claimed to have their own product but didn't work. They rubbed the surface too hard, causing property damage -- really unprofessional.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Communication and ease of quoting process was smooth and efficient. Keizi and the team turned up on time. Going above and beyond on a Sunday morning. They then deep cleaned our 4 bed 3 bathroom house that was left filthy by tenants absolutely spotless. Including cooker and all carpets. First class service from start to finish. We will definitely be using them for other properties.

Wonderful team, excellent professionals, they cleaned all the carpet in the house. It looks like new. Sensational, I highly recommend it.
