The detached house roof had a faulty ridge and rainwater penetration had occurred. Some roof eaves were loose & needed replacement. House & garage roofs needed cleaning. Of 4 firms, Master Build’s estimate was impressive for its level of detail and the answers to all our detailed questions. During the work, it emerged that much additional work was needed. In the event, the whole house roof was replaced, with new material but the original tiles. MasterBuild provided videos & photos to show all work done. Rubble clearance was completed and the surrounds were power-washed.

Master build re laid our tarmac drive with a block paving surround. They arrived punctually on the due date and did the work at the agreed price. The team were friendly and polite throughout. The site was left tidy when they had finished the work. We are very happy with the result and would recommend them to anyone.

A great service from Patrick and Mani and Matt. Great communication; a really quick response to the advert and we had the work booked in the same day. Boys turned up on time as arranged and helped source some additional materials needed. Work was completed quickly but to an excellent standard. All the team were engaging and professional. They left the site clear and tidy. Very happy with the price which undercut some ridiculous quotes - really good value for money. A genuinely really great service provided in every way.

THE WORK WAS CARRIED OUT WITH FREQUENT RAIN SHOWERS PRESENT. tHEY WORKED VERY HARD (ESPECIALLY RAZ) TO MY REQUIREMENTS IT COMPLEMENTED MY GARDEN WHICH I REQUIRED.

Undertaking a home improvement project, of this size (for us) was considerably daunting, so many variables and decision to make. It was also very important to find a contractor who we could work with and more so trust. From our initial contact, with Master Build (Pat). an understanding of what was achievable and what was possible was discussed at length, Pat followed up a survey and provided an estimate very quickly. Pat’s team started on time, even on a Bank holiday! The work progressed well with the demolition and disposal of an old garage, excavations. to the final drive.
