Had a wall removed between the kitchen and the lounge to open the area up. They also bricked up the old doorway. Very happy with the work and will get them back to help with other work that needs doing.

We’ve used Nicks company a few times over the last few years with various general building jobs. This time he repaired and decorated a curved staircase and high landing for us. Parts of our flooring are hundreds of years old and he took great care to carefully preserve and repair. His quotes are always detailed and he’s professional, punctual and tidy. We’re so happy with the final results - he’s restored it to its former glory!

I’ve used Nick for several jobs: upgrading the facilities in my outside alley including laying down new floors and installing a new shower. Nick also installed a kitchen in my garden cabin. Extremely tidy, polite and efficient workers. Completed the work in a timely manor. They where very well priced yet this didn't affect the quality of the work as they had to undo problems where our previous builder had been lazy and not cut tiles to install a shower screen properly. Highly recommend for jobs and will happily use again .

I met Nick through recommendations. He gave us a comprehensive detailed quote, the total time spent on the project was under a month. He organised a structural engineer for us, and installed a new kitchen, floor and media wall, decorating. I’m extremely happy. Kept us up to date throughout the project. We employed Massimo and co. To do our house renovation as they seemed well qualified and had good reviews places like this. However, it was a nightmare and after more than a year and countless problems we had to fire them and find new builders to take over. The biggest problem is they replaced the roof on our house at huge expense (more than double the initial quote) and still today it leaks when it rains. It was under guarantee for 5 years yet Nick Massimo has disappeared off the planet and cannot be found to fix it. This is only one of the problems - with them it was endless. Avoid!!
