I found dealing with Damian very easy, which for a neurodivergent person is a huge plus. He was kind, understanding, professional, and helpful throughout. From the initial contact and booking to removal day, Massey's provided a first class experience. Communication was clear and prompt and all our needs taken into consideration during the planning process.The team on the day were respectful and helpful and particularly really helped placing furniture at the new home. They went the extra mile for us throughout the day which took so much stress out of the move. We highly recommend Massey's for any move however big or small.

Amazing service provided by Massey's in clearing out the remaining property from my mother's apartment, after she moved into a nursing home. Tactful, respectful, and timely. Very reasonable price to move bulky furniture and assorted unwanted items down 2 flights of stairs. Damian & Baz worked hard, always with a smile, ensuring minimal clutter and disturbance.
