The response time to the initial enquiry and quotation was super quick. Even though the bannister needed more time than quoted, Masango came back and completed the job to a good standard for no extra money. Very happy and would recommend.

As a tenant, I don’t often have to arrange home repairs because most of them are covered by people who work for the property owner. Mr Chidonza completed the work on the curtain rail perfectly (even putting up the curtains afterwards) and doing his best with the toilet seat which I think had a design flaw. There were no hidden charges and he was helpful and polite. I would employ him again and hope to do so with an additional task later this year.

The job was completed quickly at a fair price, very happy with the work
