Our patio door was difficult to close. Steve came out the same afternoon, identified the problem..door had dropped slightly... and fixed it at a reasonable cost, so we are now secure and have peace of mind. I had an emergency door repair that needed urgent attention and although Steve and his colleague were busy and on another job, they made time to visit and found a clever way to quickly fix the damage. They were patient and helpful and stayed until I was happy with the result. To me it seemed like a very awkward job but they are obviously used to problem solving and thinking on their feet. They had a really positive attitude and are obviously incredibly hard working, very experienced and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again and would highly recommend them. This family run business, Mason Property Services Ltd was fantastic from start to finish. They put in a fabulous new bathroom and a kitchenette and bedroom downstairs in our home to make downstairs living accommodation for my daughter. Work was done to a high standard and Steve Mason and his crew (Shane Lee and Sonny and Tinks and co) all worked hard everyday for several weeks to complete this job. As well as constantly using anti-bacterial wipes and hand sanitiser, all of our tradesmen are consciously washing their hands thoroughly before, during and after all jobs.
For extra piece of mind, we will also be wearing gloves where necessary and can wear masks upon customers requests, along with shoe covers to limit the spread of infection.
