  Tom Mason did a fantastic job finding the source of, and then fixing a nasty leak in our newly bought house. He also replaced our bath tap and resealed the bath. Excellent work

  Fully property renovation of a 2 bed maisonette

  Tom and his team of tradesmen carried out a two month full property renovation on my 2 bed maisonette. The project involved a new central heating system including converting the system to accommodate a combi boiler rather than tanks in the loft area , new bathroom, new kitchen, full rewire of the electrics and plastering throughout. I am extremely pleased with the work carried out, great communication throughout keeping me updated. I would recommend Tom and his services to anyone looking for any renovation works.

  Boiler and gas hob serviced.

  I was very impressed by the way that the company kept me in touch with who would be coming and when and that they rang to give an update on arrival time. Dan, the plumber, was great: very respectful of the property and wore his mask at all times in the house; very friendly and very knowledgeable. He gave advice on other aspects of our heating system that we asked about, which was great. Highly recommended!

  Remove damaged toilet bowl and cistern, supply and replace with new

  Tom Mason has undertaken a number of plumbing tasks for me, in a property I rent to tenants. On this occasion, as every other, I have found him to be professional, polite and flexible in his approach. Tom liaised directly with the tenant and letting agent, copying me in each time. Tom sourced the items required and kept me informed of costs and timeframes. His work is excellent and he leaves the environment clean and tidy. The final cost was exactly what I expected. I thoroughly recommend Tom Mason to anyone looking for a reliable, profession and diligent plumber.

  Sealant replacement

  He repaired my shower glass, which was loose. He also replaced the sealant of my two showers. The job started and finished in the morning. They left all clean and beautiful.
