  Tighten a nut

  Do not use this company. The plumber arrived within the allotted time and literally tightened a nut on the shower thermostat less than 5 minutes in my property then left after charging me £155 !!! Daylight robbery. Avoid at all costs!

  Brilliant job. Mark is absolute star in making even tougher jobs easier. We had electricians before who took a day or two to figure out the problem and towards the end didn't solve, but Mark took only 3 hours to complete the job. Straight away found the problem and sorted it out. Would recommend him to anyone.

  Unblocking my overflowed drain/sewer pipe

  Mark was very nice and quick with solving the problem easily once he knew what the problem was. He had a look when he turned up and after testing the toilets was able to get the drain unclogged in about an hour which was a big relief to me. He answered any questions I had as he was working and let me know how things were going. Mark double checked that everything would be fine after the main blockage was gone and then washed away any overflow that had come out so it was clean.
