  Fix leak under bath

  Arrived promptly at agreed time to carry out the work. Issue was identified quickly that the waste pipe had become disconnected. Pipe was quickly connected and checked that the leakage had stopped. Worked neatly, resealed the bath tub neatly and cleared up mess after carrying out work.

  Charlie was great! Blocked kitchen sink been a problem before and previous emergency plumber said it was shoddy pipework. He asked me more about the problem, so I took more photos and we had a chat on the phone. Offered free consultation visit, when I asked he immediately quoted his rates, £120 for first hour, £60 for second, great transparency! Arrived on time, friendly professional & respectful, examined and explained the problem to us laypeople. Offered to get to work right away, ended up paying £150 for 1 hour and materials. Long-term fix sorted now, ought to hold! Highly recommend 👍

  Change of bath taps to a shower mixer

  If I could rate higher than 10 I would, excellent communication, gave great advice before I even booked him for the job, fitted me in quickly, was super friendly and respectful of our property. The job turned out to be slightly more difficult than planned, he just got on with it and kept us updated along the way of what he was encountering and the best way to get round the issues. Would recommend him to do your jobs and we are already planning on calling Charlie again when we move onto the next part of our bathroom updates.
