Josh is a really pleasant guy. Very punctual, very polite and easy to communicate with. Did an excellent job replacing down lights and very quickly. Tidy too. Knows his stuff. I asked Josh to come and upgrade all the light fittings in my apartment. Not a problem! Initial communication was quick, friendly and clear. On the day he arrived exactly on time and the job was completed in no time with minimal fuss. Josh is so easy going and happy to give additional advice and thoughts for improvement as he works. Josh from Mascott Electrics rejuvenated our bathroom! The old spotlights had been failing one by one. Josh replaced all the old cabling and transformers cleanly and quickly. I was amazed at how he managed to do it without having proper access to the ceiling void. Following a recommendation from associates, I contacted Mascott Electrics to fix my bathroom and bedroom lights (which had both failed}. Josh arrived the following day - as promised - and within an hour had fixed the problem.
