Alex was great and easily stood out from the other roofers I contacted, many of whom failed to show up. Alex was the only one who took his time to properly check the issue from the roof and the loft space without being in a rush, and was the only one to identify the root cause of the leak. He showed me photos and explained exactly what the issue was, and gave a reasonable quote to fix it. On the actual repair day, Alex once again showed up and agreed, took plenty of photos and completed the work on time. I would highly recommend Marzano Roofing to anyone.

Would thoroughly recommend Marzano roofing! Alex was professional, reliable and offered fair pricing. I needed a number of jobs completing (tile replacements, bird caging around my solar panels & conservatory repair). Quotes from other companies suggested problems & extra costs were as Alex was straightforward and positive with a clear plan for all the work to be carried out and I felt from the onset he was most importantly trustworthy. Work was carried out to a high standard and he showed photos of the repairs before and after. He was respectful of my property and neighbours.

Alex first came round to check the area and work required, he looked inside the loft and identified the issues and showed me photos of the work that was required, he gave a quote for the job and I booked him in. Alex arrived on time, was pleasant and nice. Alex spent a few hours up a ladder and within the day had repaired the various tears and holes in the roof lining, working to a high standard to ensure all roof tiles and clips were put in place after. Alex showed me the pictures of the exterior tears before and after and explained what he had done to resolve issues in the future.

Absolute pleasure to deal with from first contact at quote to job completion of whole new roof. Everything happened as planned and on time, communication was excellent and rates competitive. Alex is friendly, approachable and honest but most importantly competent and has made a lovely job.. will be my first contact in the event of me ever needing roof works again in the future. Highly recommended.
