This company was very responsive to my requests for help. The staff were excellent at communicating my options for the work, through clear, timely and detailed emails. The moling work was done as planned, to a high standard. A WIAPS certificate was produced for me. I would definitely use Marvellous Property Services again for plumbing works.

Came out for a free consultation at short notice - booked work which was carried out within the same week. Excellent service and communication - stayed late to finish the job the same day.

I made contact with Marvellous Property Services via Checkatrade app . I selected them as they were able to diagnose the issue with my cylinder from the pictures I sent. They also charged me a price which included labour and parts where others were giving a hourly rate plus parts with no indication of the final cost. I found the gentleman who attended very professional and friendly and he did a neat job. All is good with the cylinder so far. I will definitely use this company again, (even though I had to pay upfront).

The Marvellous team were highly professional, hardworking and meticulous. Despite a major hitch halfway through the job that was out of either party’s control, they took full responsibility and completed the job to a very high standard. They seem to care hugely about providing a good service. For this I am grateful and would definitely go with them again.

We chose Marvellous as we were impressed by his approach and willingness to work with our particular design and have us carry out a portion of the work ourselves. We were extremely pleased. Marvin was the lead on the project and was so user-friendly - consistently early and worked long days to get the perfect result, excellent communication and not phased by problems that cropped up with a real solution focused approach.
