I had wardrobes fitted by Martin West Creations in November 2024, and nearly eight months later, I’m still chasing them to resolve major defects. Despite countless emails and assurances, the issues remain unresolved. Problems included: Vinyl scraping off corners of doors Handle-less doors too shallow to grip properly Scratches on door interiors Gaps in panels and unsealed frames Installation done improperly on thick carpet underlay Missing access hatches for sockets If you’re looking for high-quality workmanship and reliable service, look elsewhere. This company has wasted months of my time.

Excellent service from start to finish. Communication first class from the beginning. The designer was very knowledgeable with the products and spent a considerable amount of time measuring up and helping me chose the colours with the samples and guiding me with everything I asked of him. The quotation arrived within a week which compared to other quotes I had but what swung it for me was how professional and helpful Inda was. A second visit was arranged to finalise exactly what I wanted. A date was set to commence work. The standard was first class and the teams also very professional

Absolutely outstanding, from initial engagement to delivery and installation. If you are picking new bedroom furniture you cannot beat this company. We had a few quotes from the leading companies. Martin West are more cost effective, better quality and outstanding ding fit. I’m always dubious having received promises of excellence in the past and wardrobes peeling by or cracking. But this team fitted four bedrooms in good time and great quality. As I say outstanding. Included pics of just one of the 4 rooms they did as the kids never clean their bedrooms lol

I first saw details for Martin West on Instagram and liked what i saw. I included them in my selection for 3 quotes. Inda was by far the best in speed and confidence in getting back to me with everything i needed. Questions were answered promptly and the date for fitting was booked. The fitters arrived promptly (Sonu & a helper) and the wardrobes in 2 rooms end-to-end & floor-to-ceiling in both rooms were finished in 1 day to a very high standard ! Amazing job guys - Thank you. I would recommend Martin West all day long - they are all great !!

Amazing job by Martin West - they were excellent from start to finish - they fitted out an awkward shaped walk in wardrobe and made it look fantastic - along with chests of drawers and dressing table in the bedroom - quality of units and fitting is superb, fitted on time and the guys were tidy and respectful of my property - nothing was too much trouble. Thoroughly recommend them - I will be using them again - great job!

I have recently had my wardrobes fitted in my first house by Martin West Creations and would highly recommend them. The staff were extremely personable and expertly designed the bespoke wardrobes and dresser to fit the space and also to meet mine and my partner’s needs and wants. The fitters were very polite, professional and had amazing attention to detail. They ensured I was happy with the wardrobes, bedsides and dresser once they were fitted and communicated well throughout. The finish on the wardrobes and dresser are amazing and they look stunning in the bedroom.
