  Very poor communication avoid!

  Absolutely shocking company- I don’t know how they have a good score for communication. They rearranged our works 3 times within one week and eventually cancelled - each time due to an “emergency” that they couldn’t provide any details on, and then the final time saying the plumber urgently needed to go abroad which they only just found out about, when 10 minutes earlier he was still coming. Avoid at all costs if you need work doing within any reasonable timescale at all.

  Removing sealant from two bath/showers and replacing

  We had tried to replace sealant around our bath and shower in two bathrooms and had done a very poor job of it. Louis removed all of this (there was a lot!) and resealed all of the required areas. It is now waterproof and looks a thousand times better. They communicated any changes to timings, were friendly and offered honest advice.
