    EV Charger overheating fault investigation

    I needed my EV charger installation checking because it was reporting an overheating fault. Josh did a thorough review of all the connections from the fusebox and confirmed there were no problems with the installation. Although he wasn't able to resolve the fault because it lay in the charging unit itself, his inspection lead to me getting a free replacement charger under Warranty so well worth knowing everything is OK. The new charger is now fitted and everything works great.

    new internal socket installation , and external socket repair

    turned up early , communication was on point through our, prompt replies , very little mess made, very clean finish , so overall very happy with the work done , all paperwork that you would need , also looked after , so you don't have to worry about that, I would recommend.

    replacing plug socket in the wall

    excellent service, easy to phone, response was quick. appointment made and took great care of my needs. arrived on time and waited patiently for me to arrive home. job completed and an explanation as to why the socket was not working. very good service.

    EV charger fitted

    Josh was brilliant from the moment he came to quote the job. Very friendly, talked me through how he was going to tackle the installation. I wasn’t in when he completed the job but I (along with everyone else) was really impressed with his workmanship.
