  Bathroom and Kitchen refurbishment

  Bill Martin provided a quotation for the refurbishment/installation works including new bathrooms and kitchen. I advised that his quote was higher than 3 other bidders, and he said that he was confident that he could reduce costs during the course of the works. However, I have ended up paying him 100% over budget, without any significant change on the scope of works, and he has left the job with significant elements of the work incomplete. The work he did was to an appalling standard. I am having to pay other contractors to rectify his work, so I am significantly out of pocket.

  Replacement conservatory

  The roof of my conservatory had failed and needed full replacement, which involved replacing the roof with a new orangery style lantern roof. We used Martin & Co for a full service solution, including all trades. The team did a fantastic job all round, and we’re very helpful in making key decisions. Very pleased with the design and results!

  Preparation of bathroom remodeling

  Communication for requirements was second to none, and subsequent work was of a very high standard. This is the 5th time that I've asked for, and been delivered a spot on result. I have been doing bathrooms for over 20 years, and have very high standards. Highly recomended and will certainly be using for future projects.
