Mel did an excellent job, we had a serious problem with rats infestation. He advised us in an definitive solution placing metal meshes around cavity and entry point. He sealed the sewer access with cement and replaced the whole insulation that was constipated by their droppings. Very good communication, work ethics and attitude. Highly recommended.

He was professional and thorough and really went the extra mile to ensure my problem was dealt with. Great follow up to make sure the issue was solved. One visit required for my flea infestation which was great. Very reasonable price too. Oh, and a really nice guy as well. Really can’t fault the experience

Called promptly after I created the job, booked in for the same evening, arrived as expected, completed the work and explained what was done and what to do if there were any problems, and sent invoice later in the evening. Very pleased to have the issue resolved so quickly.

We have a rodent problem and contacted Mel for investigation. They responded very quickly and attended my home to investigate. They were polite and very responsive to questions and explained in detail on what the problem was. A solution has been implemented quickly and the delivered service was excellent.
