Mel was open, honest and knowledgable. He laid out a clear plan and u like many others proceeded to action upon it. The property is now completely rat free with infrastructure in place to keep it that way. 10/10 for workmanship and pricing. Would highly recommend.

The guys came out, accessed the area and told me the best way to deal with the problem, which they they acted on. Very happy with Marshmels Cube and really nice guys to talk to. Would definitely use again, but hopefully I won't have to.

I can highly recommend Mel to anyone who is looking for advice and a reliable service on removing a pest infestation. Having had visible evidence of rats in the vicinity of my garden and property, I decided to call Mel for help. He responded within the hour and visited my home a couple of days later. A thorough investigation was carried out to assess the likely access points internally and also evidence of external rat runs etc. around the property. Traps were laid together with a camera in the loft space and I can happily say that we have been rat free since November 2024.
