Turned up on time, removed wasp nest and showed us what he had removed. Checked around for other signs of pests and gave advice. This was a rebooking as personal circumstances meant we had to cancel original appointment, didn’t pester us to rebook.

Mel contacted me and turned up on time and carried out the first treatment to get rid of the rats. Mel was very polite and helpful.

The job was made as seamless as possible. Really friendly approach and explained the job requirements very well and completed to a good standard, couldn’t ask for more - thank you.

Mel gave us a free quotation to look in the attic as we kept getting rats. He advised he would need to secure the perimeter. 3 days later Mel came back and removed all of the insulation, dead rats and cleaned everything thoroughly. He then came back the next day to secure the perimeter and lay the new insulation. I would recommend Mel to anyone, he was very thorough and knew what he was talking about. He will also be coming back in 14 days to check whether the rats are still getting in and if they are he will pinpoint where from. Mel was excellent, thank you
