One to avoid!
My experience with Marshall Gas was extremely stressful. Their installers damaged my home by neglecting protective coverings, leaving doors open when leaving the property and causing carpet burn marks
Post-installation, I faced issues numerous issues and needed to go to arbitration when these were not resolved. An independent assessor confirmed that necessary water pressure checks were skipped prior to install and what I had been left with was unsuitable. After more months without progress I raised a Section 75 claim who eventually ruled in my favour. Proceed with caution.

We’re sorry the experience didn’t meet your expectations. However, we engaged extensively, including via mediation. A refund was issued after your Section 75 claim, and pursuing further compensation isn’t permitted without assurance from your card provider. As this wasn’t provided, we could not proceed. We consider the matter closed unless required to respond through legal channels.
