    New boiler installation

    One to avoid! My experience with Marshall Gas was extremely stressful. Their installers damaged my home by neglecting protective coverings, leaving doors open when leaving the property and causing carpet burn marks Post-installation, I faced issues numerous issues and needed to go to arbitration when these were not resolved. An independent assessor confirmed that necessary water pressure checks were skipped prior to install and what I had been left with was unsuitable. After more months without progress I raised a Section 75 claim who eventually ruled in my favour. Proceed with caution.

    New boiler and servicing

    Marshall Gas installed a new boiler when we moved into our house, and they’ve looked after it ever since. Their customer service has always been brilliant — friendly, professional, and really easy to deal with from start to finish. I completely trust the advice they give and the work they do. It’s always carried out to a high standard, and they leave everything clean and tidy. You can tell they really care about doing a good job. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now — they’ve been reliable from day one. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company they can trust.

    Condemned boiler

    Steve came quickly to give me a second opinion and managed to fix the problem without the need for a new boiler. I have used him many times and would not hesitate to recommend him. Pleasant, reliable and trustworthy

    Gas boiler decommission and replacement - great experience

    Job involved removal of conventional boiler in kitchen, and replacement with a combo boiler on first floor together with Hive hub, thermostat and controller. All old installation including tanks removed. The team arrived bang on time and were very polite and helpful. Quite a lot of disruptive work was involved (lifting carpets & floors to re-route gas piping, removal of old tanks etc) but this was done with a minimum of fuss and bother, and everything was back to normal within two working days - the new system runs perfectly. Absolutely delighted, I would definitely recommend Marshall Gas.
