While Henry seems a very pleasant and affable young man I would not hire him to do any work as he is disorganised and unreliable. After 2 visits and the scaffolding put up around the house at the last minute he informed me by Text he was too busy to do the job leaving me to try and find a new renderer before the scaffolding comes down. Not a good way to start a career.

Henry kept me in the loop throughout and only undertook necessary repairs to the ceiling from water damage, rather than creating unnecessary work. The finished skim is clean and has painted well (by someone else). Henry was accommodating while I was still living on site through the job. A true professional.
