Paul responded same day to our email enquiry and came to view and quote within 2 days. Price was reasonable and about where I wanted to spend. The replacement glass came within two weeks and was fitted promptly by Paul and John. The 3 replacement windows were a further couple of weeks and were fitted today. Paul and John were very efficient at installation and did a great job. They cleaned up after them very well. The products also seem really good quality. We are very pleased and will definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Paul was on time, friendly, very knowledgable and flexible. He knew his stuff and was able to provide some valuable advice. I want to thank Paul for coming out to a small, but for me, important job. I would definately recommend this company.

We needed two windows replaced in my fathers flat. They came and gave a very reasonable quote and noticed the three windows and not two. Out of three quotes gained, Paul Rockell was the only gentleman who noticed the third window. Quick to respond to emails and very polite. Has been on time for every visit. Well done Paul. From the moment I contacted Paul I had outstanding service! I had all new windows throughout the house and new cladding. The team turned up promptly every morning and worked non stop till they finished. We are absolutely thrilled with the results. Our windows and cladding look amazing! We approached Paul for a quote after reading the other reviews on here. Like others we found him friendly, courteous and knowledgible. The qoute was provided promptly and the work carried out by Paul and his colleagues (Chris and Neal) within a few weeks. We are very pleased with our new windows and are impressed with the way in which the fittings were finished off so neatly and tidily with no mess at all left for us to clean up.

Paul was quick to come out and assess what was needed and provided a prompt quotation. The units were delivered in the agreed timescale and the fitting undertaken in very professional manner etc. All round great customer service.
