Mark and his team repaired our chimney, pointing, lead flashing and replaced the chimney flaunching. They went above and beyond re securing several ridge tiles and ensuring the whole roof was water tight. They are incredibly experienced which clearly shows in their work and attention to detail, it’s hard to find a genuine quality tradesman these days one of the best highly recommended.

Asked Mark to repair the ridge on the pantile roof of our stone cottage. He replaced some tiles and repaired mortar on others. He and his team do things properly. You can trust them. Don't expect a quick service. Weather and other jobs slow things down. It's worth waiting for a reliable professional when there are so many unprofessional roofers out there.

I would recommend Marlite Roofing and brickwork without hesitation. Mark and his team were friendly, efficient, skilled, conscientious and very tidy (which from previous experience of roofers is uncommon). Mark shared photos and videos of the work before and after completion making sure that we were happy with the work. We identified an aesthetic issue with the chimney pot after completion, which Mark was happy to return the day after to address to our satisfaction.

Had Marlite roofing put me a new chimney pot and new re-flaunching today, Mark and the lads have done a great job, highly recommended. This is the second time I've had Marlite roofing do some work for me and again top job done. They were clean and tidy and did the job right, taking photos of before and after so I could clearly see what work they did, very respectfull of your propery while here too.
