Our bathroom light switch needed fixing. Chris was very communicative and offered availability in the next few days (our issue wasn’t an emergency). He was friendly and professional and fixed the issue quickly. Couldn’t ask for more, I’d definitely go back directly to him now in the future for any electrical work we needed doing.

Discovered that I urgently needed electrical bonding (earthing) of my metal gas and water supply pipes. Chris resolved the problem the next day. As always, his work was professional, detailed, and efficient. He explained fully what he was going to do and left a very neat and tidy job. My installations are now safe and compliant. Our request was to replace old spotlights with energy-saving LED lights. I registered the request on Check trade and received three quotes. Out of the three, Chris stood out for his exceptional professionalism. He was the only electrician who visited our home to inspect the existing light fittings and measure the hole sizes for all the lights. Chris explained everything clearly and concisely, using plain English that was easy to understand. He promptly ordered all the necessary materials and provided an exact date and time for when he would complete the work. He left the working area clean.
