10 Power Outage repair. AC issue resolved

Barry was brilliant. He showed interest in the job almost immediately, told me his availability, quoted his call-out fee and then kept in contact right up to the point he arrived. He identified immediately where the issue was, showed me exactly what the issue was, fixed it and sent a quote over for any follow up work should I want it. Having the option to proceed with the work instead of feeling forced was excellent. Job location: NN4Out of six quotes, Barry was the only one to provide a detailed cost breakdown at a reasonable price. He also visited afterwards to explain the logistics, which as first time homeowners was great. Ant handled most of the rewire alone and did outstanding work with minimal damage. We moved out for the first two weeks, Ant sent daily photo updates and called with any questions to ensure everything was just right.
