  Certainly here’s a more professional version of your text: --- An excellent builder who was extremely knowledgeable and able to advise us on the best course of action for replacing our old felt roof with a more durable polyurethane roof. We commissioned them to complete the work, and they did an excellent job. They also carried out additional work at no extra cost, including repairing previous water damage to the ceiling by replastering and painting, as well as replacing the gutters.   Brian and his dad Mark did a great job on our home. They were very communicative, polite and respectful of our home and family during the job. They are clearly very experienced in their skillset and are passionate about preserving the original character of old houses. Friendly, hardworking family business and we would highly recommend them to others.

  Mark and Brian did my loft conversion, front roof and kitchen extension flat roof. They gave me a very competitive quote and throughout the work they kept me informed on everything, they are very trustworthy, honest and knowledgeable and my family and I will be contacting them for any future work on our houses.
