Mark arrived when he said he would; inspected my communal aerial system and tested extensively. Diagnosed a problem that would be very difficult and expensive to repair. He gave me a fair price to fit an external ae. and deducted the inspection charge. Because we are expecting a storm and snow on Friday he did the job there and then.
