The whole of downstairs (kitchen, living room, entry hall) and upstairs bathroom needed a complete rebuild following an extensive flood. The walls were back to brick and the floor gutted. Mark quoted and completed an excellent job throughout the whole house. A new kitchen suite, bathroom suite were fitted. Every wall was plaster boarded and plastered, with a require where required. Each room was then decorated back to a high standard. Throughout the work, Mark explained every bit of work, and was ALWAYS available to chat and give updates. A stressful situation was handled professionally.

From the very first meeting, until the last day on site, Mark, Bruce and the rest of team were nothing short of amazing and professional. From day one, Mark was very helpful, giving freely of his time,expertise and advice, putting us at ease. Any issues that arose during the project (which given the size were to be expected) were resolved quickly and without question. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Mark and the team and would 100% recommend them and the work they do without hesitation!! Will only ever work with them for any future projects

The company cleared and fitted a bathroom for me including changing the site of my toilet and adding a shower cubicle. The work was completed to my satisfaction and the team worked very well and neatly keeping to the schedule they laid out to me. The lead person was very easy to talk to and all the team members were friendly. Thank Mark One Building Services for a job well done.
