Mark came to decorate a tricky series of landings and stairs for us that we had been unable to do ourselves due to the height and condition of the walls. Some of the walls needed extensive smoothing and filling. Mark was very amenable when we changed our colour choice half way through the process, and was also flexible depending on when family members had certain requirements for different areas of the house. He felt very easy to have around, and was generous in sharing his white spirit when the need arose for the children's clothing! Mark worked hard and quickly, with experienc.
