  Mark was very clear and transparent with what the job entailed, he spent time sourcing the most cost effective solution, he focuses on doing the job well and safely. Mark does not cut corners. I have a lot of confidence in Mark, have engaged him over several jobs and will continue to use his services.

  Fault Finding

  Mark was very responsive and was able to fit us in almost immediately which was much appreciated. He arrived on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. He talked us through the process and explained the reason for the fault, and fixed right away. Very happy with the service received, I would happily request Mark again for his services and recommend to others.

  Spotlight fitting in the flat

  Mark is exceptional at what he does and easily the best electrician I've ever hired. His attention to detail is like no other. He takes pride in his work and will go above and beyond to give you the desired result. Also extremely honest and open with his pricing - he saved us a lot of money with his recommendations when he could have easily charged more. I can't recommend Mark enough and will be using him for all electric work I do in the future!

  Switching over of light fittings

  Mark was very good on initial communication. Quoted reasonable pricing for job. Completed work within 24 hours of initial contact. Job involved removal of a crystal flush ceiling light fitting and replacing it with a pendant lights fitting. Light fittings were swapped over and the pendant light was tested as working. Mark was friendly and professional.

  Mark's communication was fast, detailed and professional. He visited the property to provide an estimated cost. He provided ideas, options and professional judgment and even managed to adapt to subtle changes in the plan. His workmanship is excellent and he made sure to complete the job in the desired timeline. Very satisfied. Would recommend and use again.
