  I would highly recommend mark , when listing the job straight away mark was very polite and professional the way he contacted me straight away on messenger . I spoke to mark on the phone and again he was very professional the way he communicated and conducted himself . He come the next day as he said. in the trade world many people say they can do stuff and never turn up , it was good to see someone who was willing to help and not leave a family without a cooker moving into a new property .he conducted all the certification asked for over the phone . I would highly recommend mark

  Quick and prompt response despite main point of contact being abroad on leave. Employee was timely, responsive and professional when on site. No complaints. Minor note would be to get more clarity of price of service, but this was more on me than the business.

  Mark was able to come out and scope the job quickly. Upon accepting the quote, he was able to fit us in within a couple days and the job was done. He was very polite, turned up when he said he would and got the job done hassle free.

  We had a very prompt response to our enquiry with a very helpful, friendly meeting. Mark was quick to understand our needs, helped us understand what was needed to meet current electrical standards and very helpful with what we needed to do in relation to our energy supplier and certification. The work was completed professionally with no delay over an appropriately concise timescale and no wasted time. We were fully informed about timings and there were no delays, cancellations etc. Mark and Gary did the work and were both very friendly, easy company, a pleasure to have in our home Thankyou

  Needle in a haystack!

  Very responsive to initial inquiry. Mark turned up on time and on the correct day to assess the work. Received the estimate in a timely manner and Mark's colleague, Tom, turned up on the appointed day and time to do the work. Tom was polite, efficient and professional. The work was completed with the minimum of fuss and mess. Tom cleaned up before he left and made sure everything was working as planned before he departed. I highly recommend this company.
