Mark installed our downstairs bathroom and did an excellent job from start to finish. There were some difficult obstacles to overcome along the way, but Mark was always focused on making sure the work was completed to his own high standards. He was very professional, reliable, and has a keen eye for detail. We are really happy with the finished project.

Mark put in a new bathroom for our disabled son a year ago. He did a really good job with stripping out the old bathroom and making good some very uneven old plasterwork. He finished the job in a really good time which was great as our son had to move back to live with us whilst it was being done so sticking to the schedule was really appreciated. Mark was really easy to deal with and the best bit is that one year on the bathroom still looks like new and has stood the test of some very heavy use - my son causes quite a lot of damage to his house due to his learning disability. Thank you!

So pleased with results! Needed to have complete refit of a small bathroom to include a walk-in shower, tiling of all 4 walls, new flooring and lighting. This meant repositioning almost all pipe work. All work was completed to the highest standards with minimal fuss. Great to have one professional complete all the work himself without needing to bring in other trades.

Mark did a complete bathroom refit for me. The work was of very high quality. The final amount paid was in line with the original quote. He was friendly and did all the work himself. He left the work space nice and clean. He completed the work in the estimated time. I was very happy with the completed bathroom.

He always consulted us on any design decisions as they came up, ensuring we were happy throughout the process. He installed a stud wall to hide the pipes and give a much neater finish, created stylish alcoves with built-in lighting, and fitted a false ceiling so we could have the lights we wanted. His work was exceptionally neat, and the tiling in particular was outstanding – it really transformed the space. Mark went above and beyond to deliver the bathroom and toilet we had hoped for.

Mark is a very methodical, neat and careful worker. A really nice genuine man who does a lovely job. We are so happy with our new bathroom.
