Brilliant experience dealing with Mark Antony & Sons to renew a neglected parquet floor that was covered in carpet when we bought the house 6 months ago. We booked Mark's company to do the work mainly due to the ease of answering our many questions and a fair & competitive price to do the work. Also, other companies quoted us to do the work in 4-5 days whereas they did the work in 2 days which was important to us. Finished job is amazing. Restoring old floor and laying and matching a new floor after removal of an internal wall

They know what will work and give good advice. Listen to them! There is not much Mark does not know about wood flooring; old and new. The team were also good at listening to my objectives and advising and working with me to achieve them. Mark achieved an invisible join between an old and a new floor despite different levels etc.

Sanding and wax oiling tired oak wooden floor and stairs

We used Mark Antony and Sons to restore a rather tired oak hall floor and open staircase. Mark's team (his son and son in law) did a great job stripping the wood back and then wax oiling the new surface with a satin finish. The communication prior and during the works was 1st class. The work over 2 days (to allow drying) was meticulous, almost totally dust free, and carried out in a friendly and professional manner. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Mark and his team.

Mark, Simon and George did an excellent job restoring the floors at our home. They restored two floors and a staircase comprising Georgian and Victorian floorboards. They removed carpets, undelay and years of paint and grime, restoring them to their former glory. They kept us appraised of progress throughout, advising of options and ensuring the quality of their work was of the highest standard.
