My front door would not lock, I contacted mark and he with me within the hour, particularly impressive as it was a bank holiday Monday. Within 45 minutes lock and mechanism was replaced and door alignment adjusted for the best fit. Cost was fully explained and reasonable. Many thanks Mark, would recommend and use again for sure.

Called Mark the day before asking about a lock change to a commercial property. Mark offered to come out that day but the change was non-urgent and we closed shortly after reaching out to him. He sent a quote quickly and quickly gave him the go ahead. He was here the following morning and replaced the lock efficiently.
