Mario and his team rennovated our whole house - including some internal structural work, fitting a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, custom understair units, wooden flooring and plastering and painting throughout. We are extremely happy with the results and how Mario handled the whole project. The standard of his work and the finish is extremely high, and he was also very considerate and respectful in his approach throughout the whole project, and very prompt with communication. I would recommend him to anyone.

Mario and his team created an opening in load bearing wall and installed new steel beam. They have removed old radiators and helped fixing floorboards. We managed to save original cornice and can now accommodate double doors between living and dinning rooms in our Victorian house.

From the outset, Mario was great at communicating with us. He arrived when he said he would arrive and did exactly what he said he would do. Mario’s attention to detail was amazing and he always asked us our preferences (budget/style) before undertaking any works. He was also very tidy which is so refreshing. The final result is a pair of units that we absolutely love and get compliments on all the time.

This is the second time I’ve used Mario and Alex Construction, and they continue to impress. I had a leaking dishwasher that caused significant damage over time, including mould buildup, making for a big job. They arrived sharp on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and their extensive experience was clear from the start. They gave me confidence by addressing everything within a reasonable timeframe, and they were both courteous and professional throughout. They left the place extremely clean and tidy, going above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved to a high standard.
