  Marcos replied almost immediately to me request with a competitive quote, was happy to wait for me to check other quotes, was able to come quickly, and kept me up to date with arrival times (slightly earlier than expected), what he was doing, and checked whether I wanted anything else doing while he was here. I'd definitely ask him to come back
