  Refitting a toilet that was leaking

  Communication was professional. Listened to the problem we were having and advised what the issue was and their recommendations to fix the issue. Were late on the day due to caught up on a previous job but he apologised and drafted in additional help to make sure he could get the job done on the day promised, which to me, shows the drive to provide customer satisfaction and to keep to the timeline promised. The work was professionally done and well priced. Overall extremely satisfied with the overall experience and would recommend.

  Renew complete small toilet system.

  Booked the job. Plumber arrived that day and at the time stated. Assessed and ordered the replacement parts. Returned the next day on time. Bit of a messy job. On completion you would never know there had been a problem. Confident and cheerful engineer who explained exactly what was going to happen. Very professional throughout and would gladly recommend him to anyone. Made an elderly pensioner a very happy bunny. Thanks again Ben.

  radiator replacement complete house

  Friendly but work delayed and deadlines not met due to another job running over. Initially delayed by a day but then when due to start on the second day, didn't arrive until 1300. He did work into the evening to pull back some time but this hadn't been agreed ahead of time and personal plans then needed to be changed. All in all I felt the job was rushed and that I needed to fit in around other jobs. Even though job was not completed, I was asked for partial payment. Over 50% deposit had already been paid and at this point there was no set date to return to finish job.

  Thanks. Apologies there were delays.I feel this is an unfair reflection of the service provided. Complications lead to more time being needed on your install. Your availability for the final radiator was a week later and so partial payment was requested.

  Radiator fitting

  Brilliant service from a family business. Professional, polite and tidy. I would definitely hire again for future jobs. We'd been let down by a previous plumber who had started a job but not finished it. We didn't know where the pipes were to connect the new radiator to the existing system, but Josh and Cuba figured things out for us, completed the job with no fuss and left things looking tidier than when they arrived!
