Tyrone and Mark did a kitchen and dining room renovation with a knock through to garage and a conversion in there which included a utility room and office space alongside some storage for bikes. All work was completed to a high standard, communication was great changes were made throughout the build which they helped guide us on and also got us great deals for. There were delays at various points with external trades but this was handled very well by Tyrone and Mark despite being out of their control. Really pleased with the final work and would happily have them back to do work in future.

Mark and Tyrone left a great impression to us, completely transformed our kitchen and hallway. Outstanding workmanship, great attention to detail, reliable , very clean and tidy overall.

This is the second time we've used Marant Development, having previously used them for a major extension and kitchen fitting in 2017. This time round the work was a hallway refurbishment (including ceilings, floor, doors) and fitting a new cloakroom. As before, the quality of the work for this job was high and Mark and Tyrone are a pleasure to deal with.

All work carried out in a polite and timely manner. Extra jobs no problem.
