We hired them to carry out some work on our kitchen. Latch on kitchen cupboard has come away and needed replacing, similar story for another cabinet. Initially was happy with the work but few months later both cupboards the latch had come loose on one and had come off on other. I contacted the company informed them can they sort it and they have kept delaying on a date to
Come. It appears they are happy to take the money for an awful
Job and will not fix it for us. I’ve had to hire a handyman pay extra who did a better job. Very surprised given that 5 star reviews. Avoid

We are sorry that you are dissatisfied and feel we have tried our best to help with your situation. When we initially fixed the hinges on the cupboard we informed you that it would only be a temporary fix, that the only way this would stop happening is to fit a completely new kitchen unit that would be able to take the weight of the heavily loaded larder doors, when this failed for the second time, we did a free of charge revisit to rectify and reiterated that the hinge failure would happen again. We feel that this is a very unfair review as we have very high standards as our reviews confirm.
