Maplecraft has completed 3 repair jobs in our conservatory. They have been polite, friendly and informative at every visit. The work was done efficiently and the conservatory was left clean and tidy. When a small problem arose with one of the repairs, Tony came back promptly and resolved the issue under the warranty. I rang at 5pm and the guy came within 15 mins. He was really kind: the job took longer than he expected because the door is fairly old but he fixed it for me and it almost feels like new. Fantastic service …. Job location: RH11Patio door was not closing due to being "wonky". Tony was able to diagnose the issue remotely and come in one visit to change wheel cartridge and realign doors. Excellent service, knowledge and professionalism.10 Put microchip cat flap into door
