9.75 Loft Conversion with Dormer and Velux windows

Mykola and his team carried out a loft conversion with a dormer window and velux windows to my victorian property. This included creating an ensuite bathroom. They carried out the work efficiently despite weather challenges as the work started during freezing weather in January. A new staircase was installed by taking down an existing wall and creating a new stud wall. Overall an excellent job and I would definitely use him again. Job location: HA3Mansarda were very adaptable in complying with my requirements. Always on time, completed the work efficiently and in good time. Did extra work to ensure fire regulations were carried out. The price was very reasonable.9.5 Rear extension dormer, loft conversion master bedroom and ensuite.

I had two big jobs carried out by Mansarda Ltd to semi detached house with 2 years apart. It’s hip to gable loft conversion and rear extension. Both projects were completed to high standards and within agreed timing. Hard working and reliable builders.
