Sealing Leak on flat roof area surrounding Dormer window
Posted 02 April
After I reported the issue of water leaking through the ceiling after rain, Colin and his team arrived the next morning to assess the issue with the flat roof area surrounding the Dormer window.
After a few days his team arrived to undertake the remedial work:
Cleaning away pebbles and other debris, re-flashing under part of the bottom row of dormer tiles and recoating the whole flat roof with roofing sealant.
Also: Repointed one of the ridge tiles on the pitched roof where the existing pointing had given way.
Overall: A very professional job!

Colin and his team did a repair of leading which had lifted and was causing a leak on our roof. While on site they also inspected the rest of the roof and replaced any broken tiles free of charge.

Colin was really great at talking through this job - and even when I had cold feet and had concerns he was happy to explain/adapt. Also, a small matter left undone was corrected quickly (and I wouldn't mark down on that - these things happen). Thank you Colin & team.
