  Removal dangerous chimney & replacing rotten floor

  I could not have wished for a better building Team. JP and his team were very knowledgeable nothing was too difficult which was especially needed as our new house had a lot of nasty surprises and had already been let down by another team. JP was prompt with communication, clear and spot on costs. The work was done with care and to a professional finish, so pleased we found him and booked him to do more work for us later in the year.

  Extension/making open plan

  We used this company firstly because they quoted for what we actually asked for,we always wanted to do some of the internal decorating ourselves and other builders failed to appreciate that and quoted for the whole job,(bad start) So we chose manor building (good decision) The owner of the company is very pleasant and easy to work with,he is very knowledgeable and attentive to detail ;our work was mainly structural, ie load bearing steels, foundations, block work ,concrete floor and new roof,, The project went smoothly from start to finish regardless of any bad weather Excellent company,,,,,

  Converting an apartment to seperate bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms.

  From the initial enquiry JP was very professional. The quote was easy to understand with no hidden extras and reflecting the work I needed done. I was invited to view previous works in the area which I had done and was impressed with the level of work. The time scale of my project was very time sensitive and JP said he would be able to work within that. JP and his team worked well together, completing the project on time and to a very high standard and to the price quoted. I will definitely be having them back to complete other projects within my property. Highly recommended.

  Very professional and reliable. Really helpful in putting together quote for insurance purposes and then breaking everything down so we could work out what we could afford once insurance failed to pay out. Cleaned up after themselves. Made a very stressful situation more manageable. Would definitely use them again.

  Replacing a stud wall and reinforcing a timber support beam.

  JP is reliable, tidy and polite and the work he has done for us is absolutely spot on. The other trades people he recommended for plumbing and electrics are cut from the same cloth. So happy with everything and would 100% recommend and will use for any future work we need doing.
