  Professional, Tidy and does an excellent Job.

  I am so pleased I found J.P. (Manor Building) to do the work on my house. I had read all the reviews and can honestly say I agree with all of them. He worked so tidally, explained at each stage of repairing my bay where replacement windows had been put in several years ago. My bathroom looks a treat after he installed a new bath. I most definitely would recommend him and would not hesitate to use him again. His rates are extremely competitive too.

  Manor building, a brilliant company to have working for you.

  JP has now completed 3 projects for me. A garage conversion into a self contained unit, remodelling in the main house, new bathroom, kitchen and structural work and lastly building a new door way between main house and conversion. JP is always extremely professional, the work is too a very high standard, the team always clean and tidy after themselves. I think the fact that I have continued to use the company for all my building projects speaks for itself. I would highly recommend this company.

  Fantastic Builder

  JP has recently completed various works at our property in Rye to include carpentry, installing new bathrooms, plumbing, installation of Velux windows, tiling, plastering and erecting stud walls. Everything has been completed really well and we are extremely pleased with the work. JP himself is a friendly, courteous and professional builder and I highly recommend him.

  Decking

  I had manor building do my decking,because of levels there was a fair amount of work under the new decking,,the end result was amazing,,,nice friendly people ,very knowledgeable clean and tidy,and a good price,,,,

  Removal dangerous chimney & replacing rotten floor

  I could not have wished for a better building Team. JP and his team were very knowledgeable nothing was too difficult which was especially needed as our new house had a lot of nasty surprises and had already been let down by another team. JP was prompt with communication, clear and spot on costs. The work was done with care and to a professional finish, so pleased we found him and booked him to do more work for us later in the year.

  Extension/making open plan

  We used this company firstly because they quoted for what we actually asked for,we always wanted to do some of the internal decorating ourselves and other builders failed to appreciate that and quoted for the whole job,(bad start) So we chose manor building (good decision) The owner of the company is very pleasant and easy to work with,he is very knowledgeable and attentive to detail ;our work was mainly structural, ie load bearing steels, foundations, block work ,concrete floor and new roof,, The project went smoothly from start to finish regardless of any bad weather Excellent company,,,,,
