    Replace decking with composite and restore frame

    Initially Manny's communication was good. He offered a fair price, reasonable time frame and so I decided to go with Manny. The work was completed to what appeared to be a good standard, however I quickly realised that the treatment on the frame was insufficient. The single coat of paint has quickly worn off revealing a very rusty and unappealing frame. This overall ruined the look of the decking. Manny acknowledged this problem and said he would look to remedy it. However, nearly six months later and after numerous ignored messages there is still no work in sight. I am very disappointed.

    Garden landscaping

    Job was done exactly as was requested, the work was of a good standard, all rubbish was cleared and the garden was left clean and tidy, Manny was a pleasure to deal with, he was polite and respectful throughout the job, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.Ct126rw

    Patio and new turf

    Great Service from Manny. He was professional and polite from very start. Was clear and precise in what was required. Hard worker and very clean and tidy, left no mess at the end of the contract. He was supported by his lovely partner Alison. I am delighted with their hard work and would not hesitate in recommending this company. I will certainly ly used Checkatrade again future.

    Garden decking. Removing existing and replacing with new.

    Manny was amazing from the get go, from the survey to the competition. I had 3 companies quote the work, and Manny stood out. He took time to explain, measure up, plus he came up with ideas that no other company did. While on the job, Manny and his team were professional through out, making sure they explained and shared their ideas. Each day they made sure to clean up after themselves and put away any tools. Also the biggest thing for us, they are dog and child friendly. I would use Manny again in the future.
