10 Repair leaking roof

Extremely happy with Mann Roofing who carried out repairs to damaged roof. Richard sorted all aspects of the job and completed the works quickly and competently. The team were professional, tidy and friendly. Had been looking for a reliable roofer for a while and when our chimneys began leaking I contacted Mann roofing - they had been recommended. Well what a find! Richard and his team are excellent. They are professional, courteous and have expert knowledge. Richard and his team are reliable and their work is of an excellent standard. Their price was very reasonable and I felt that Richard took real pride in doing an excellent job at a fair price. I have absolutely no hestitation recommending Richard and his team. Mann Roofing were exceptional in completing a challenging roof replacement on a big 17th century listed Sussex house with multiple extensions. Richard arranged the listing application and scaffolding, arranged and managed subcontractors to restore the oak structure, rafters, dormer windows and flat roof extensions. They arranged for multiple chimneys to be repointed with lime mortar and excellent leadwork around the chimneys, windows and front porch. Given the age of the building, there was a significant amount of sagging to overcome. As part of a bigger project Richard has completed all the work to tile a loft extension for the entire roof and an additional mansard style roof on a rear extension. I have to say it but Richard has provided me with the best looking roof on my road and it's a road where a lot of work has been done recently. It is stunning, and in case you missed it, it is stunning. Richard and his team have battled through some atrocious weather this year to get this done, but done it he has and with a smile.
