Really impressed. The communication was excellent on what was going to happen and when, and the whole process was incredibly slick. Scaffolders had the scaffolding up the day before the work and it was back down again the day after completion. And all were faultlessly polite and helpful - even spotting we had a rogue buddleia plant growing up there we didn’t know and took it down for us. Thoroughly recommend.

Following the initial survey visit, a price was agreed and the work was contracted. Although unfortunately, the price was increased after the start of the job, it was successfully completed on time. All rubbish was removed as agreed and cleaning of the area carried out. A 10 year guarantee was agreed for the work completed. Ultimately a job well done.

The felt on our flat roof came away in the strong winds. Manifest Roofing came to look at it and provided us with the best quote, taking into account what we wanted to be done. We accepted their quote and they were able to start promptly on replacing the roof. The workers were polite and efficient. They pointed out to us that parts of our main roof would benefit from repointing and provided us a quote for this, which was very reasonable in comparison to quotes we had received before. They carried out this work for us as well and we are happy with the finished results for both lots of work.

After severe gales damaged my carport roof Manifest Roofing did respond quickly, quoted for the job and arrived a couple of days later to fit new polycarbonate roofing. It was late and dark by the time it was completed. Unfortunately after rain it is apparent that there are leaks between the panels and some of the run off is short of the gutter so water comes down the side. With it being Xmas and New Year they have not yet been able to return to remedy the issues but have said they will come out after the New Year. I am hoping they are able to sort the issues when they return.

After previously being ripped off by another roofing company I was very wary and anxious ( NOT Manifest Roofing). But from quote to completion with Manifest Roofing it was less than a week. Once price and date agreed they didn't waste time and got on with the job. The guys were polite, friendly, and Lee answered questions I had. No time wasted on tea breaks, just worked to get roof finished before a change in weather. They also came back a few days after to do a proper clean up and check the work done. They restored my faith a bit in builders etc though I'll probably still be cautious. Thanks
