My name is Colin and I've lived in Eastbourne for the past 40 years, currently live in Wannock with my 3 dogs.

80% of what I'm asked to do is painting, some people dislike it, however I find it therapeutic and enjoy a challenge, so when I'm asked to do something else, I'll give it 100%.

Most of my customers are based in Eastbourne, Polegate and Hailsham. But I do cover Seaford and Herstmonceux too.

Something about me?

I was a Special Police Constable in Eastbourne for 13 years. I also worked for Sussex Police until 2019 as a self defence and first aid trainer. My specialist role was extradition - repatriating suspected criminals from abroad and placing them in front of a UK court. At the time I was the only Special Constable in the UK to have this role. I'm also a Vidal Sassoon trained hairdresser.

If I'm ever asked to do a job that I think is outside my ability, I will tell you. I will most likely able to recommend someone who can help you, to save you the hassle of having to find someone.

I believe openness and transparency makes for an easier and less stressful life!

For projects lasting longer than 1 day, I will calculate a separate rate. My prices are based on me working alone, if I need assistance i.e. heavy lifting or dangerous work, I will calculate a separate price for you.

If any material has to be removed from the site, I will inform you if there is any small additional charge. The first 15 minutes of travelling each way for a job is included in the rate.
